Our bookshelves were delivered to our house without the shelving units on them. The delivery drivers did not explain to us that there would be a walkthrough. WE EXPECTED the delivery drivers to complete their job, and move all our pieces. WE WERE INFORMED that we were being charged per 15 minute increments. WE WERE RUSHED into initialing and signing forms without being allowed to read them. We expected all the units placed in our house to be complete. They placed the bookshelves facing inward at the wall, so when we did final inventory we assumed they had placed the shelves in. We wondered why they were placed backwards, and when we turned them around that evening, they were missing the shelves!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
Two Men and a Truck have stated in emails that we are lying about missing our shelves.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From Miranda in the office who was above a beyond amazing. She even saw my new address and welcomed me to the neighborhood along with a reccomendation for a few good local spots as she lived nearby. Then came Que and Jenkins, these two gentlemen were not only professional and careful but probably the quickest most motivated movers I have encountered.
I was incredibly pleased by my experience with this Two Men & A Truck. They really blew me away and went above and beyond to make sure I had a stress-free move! The ladies in the office were both really sweet, were great about informing me about their services and what I was entitled to as their customer, and checked on me regularly to make sure the move was going well and to follow up. :) The gentlemen that completed my move were both courteous, quick, and careful with my belongings. When the glass on one of my large pictures cracked in-transit, they told me as soon as they discovered it, and the company replaced it for me and brought it back to me on a later date! That is EXCEPTIONAL service! I highly, highly recommend them. :)
Beware of using this moving company. They are full of liars and cheats!

This is the second time we have used two men and a truck and the second time we have been satisfied with the service. The two young men who moved our furniture were professional, polite and they hustled! They took great care with our furniture - I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!
Two men and a truck lost the shelves to my bookshelf and are now claiming that we are lying about the pieces being missing. They have offered ZERO compensation!
I want to make sure this review isn't taken lightly... 8 months ago my previous movers from IL to FL **Don't ever use E-Z Movers** literally destroyed everything I own, were talking over 20 box's were round, contents demolished, furniture broken, even had insurance, nothing reimburse.
