We used to love this place and order from them all the time. But today's experience was so awful I don't think we will be ordering again. Our hot and sour soup tasted like water, wasn't even spicy or thick as it used to be. The bourbon chicken, the sauce was so watery and tasteless. The noodles had no flavor. And the pot sticker were not pot stickers, they were plain fried wontons Or money bags. Not sure if you changed your cook or what happened but today was a big disappointment for us.
We've been ordering from this family owned restaurant for years, never been disappointed always on time for home deliveries. Last year I actually had to go inside and personally thank them for wonderful service over the years. They know me as the guy with the pool indoors.
Food is always great. The only issue I have is the receptionist always ask for tips for the driver if you are ordering late. That's the only reason I give a four. Either way I tip but don't force an obligation on the consumer.
Good food, best in Casselberry so far, quick and easy phone orders, reasonable delivery times, $15 minimum to get delivery olus small delivery fees like a dollar in change.A++
The cook came up front & looked like a homeless guy, this was the first scare, then a couple really small children came from the kitchen and hung.on their mom behind the counter. The guy who is taking orders and answering the phone has a runny nose and keeps sniffling the entire time he is helping. It is not clean. I will not be back. It is too bad, I live close and have enjoyed eating here in the past.
