I am so happy I have found a pet supply store that hires sales associates and managers that have outstanding people skills. I previously shopped at other stores but once I found Pet Supermarket, I have found a place that is exceptional. I would like to thank the human resource department for their extraordinary expertise with hiring pleasant and caring staff. Excellent customer service. The manager Melissa went out of her way to make sure my dog food was stocked regularly. They always treat my dog Sunshine like royalty. I also adopted a cat and she is the sweetest, most fun cat our family has ever had. I shop here every week because they are an awesome place to take my dog to and have everything I need for my pets.

Great customer service
I typically avoid giving negative reviews, but I feel that my last experience was bad despite being with what appeared to be a manager or lead. It does not matter how many people are in line to check out; take time to help each customer according to their need. He appeared to have a trainee at the counter & I patiently waited while helped her.
I was struggling with a young pup h wanted to buy an identification tag for him. The employee in question directed me to enter what I wanted on the tag via keyboard. It was all I could do to hold the pup & my pocket book. I told him I was not able [and even have physical limitations] but he replied he has a line of customers. That was not MY problem. I wish I had demanded a refund & walked out. I will NOT go there again! That is in spite of my first & second better experiences with different employees.
