A walk-in clinic that doesn't want to see or treat patients. I've been turned away 2 out of the 4 times I've been there. Walking around for months with depression and no treatment really sucks and now a throat infection they wouldn't see me for because i showed up 40 minutes before closing. Positives do not outweigh the negatives and I won't be back. I do feel I should mention that I really liked Janine, their nurse practitioner, but otherwise there's really not much going for this place.
very first time i was there i had a 30 min wait. appt was at 10:30am but i didnt get called in until after 11 and there was no one else in the waiting room so its not like anyone before me was waiting. also calling is a nightmare. you can never get ahold of anyone (the number goes to a rep, not the actual doctors office) and if you leave a message no one ever calls you back. i am not sure how much longer i will be sticking with this place.
The original appointment went well fast forward to the specialist reference and that is where things fell apart. The paper work they sent me had my name and address misspelled. I made my appointment from with the specialist 3 weeks latter and on the day of the appointment the specialist had not received the referral code from true health. I called I waited on hold for 2 hours without getting to a person. I drove to true health casselberry where the lady at the front said a number was written at the bottom of my mailed referral for me to call so that they would send the authorization code. I drove home got the paper and drove back to show her no such directions were listed on the paper. She then sent an email to a co-worker but she asked her phone how to spell authorization. She told me they were faxing it over so I drove back to the specialist.... no fax was sent.. I will never go back. Worst place I have ever been. Oh and they claimed their computers were down even though I just watched her send an email. Calling my insurance today to find a new company
Had to have blood drawn today. I have a genuine phobia of needles and blood. When I started to get flustered and on the brink of passing out the room suddenly flooded with staff to make sure I was ok. They were all very friendly and helpful and accommodating to my situation. They seem to actually care for the well-being of their patients which seems to be a rarity these days.
Calling them is a nightmare they never get back or return calls. They only help you if they can help themselves never will they ever help you if you dont provide what they ask for and you are about to die. I hope to never return to this place again worst experience of my life, the doctors and nurses are very great though. people in customer service and policies need changing and training asap
