I bought a coffee table and bench from here and couldn't be happier with them! Customer service I thought was fine. Inventory was really large so we had a lot to choose from. Children's area was a plus to see.

Wide variety of furniture, professional and friendly staff, the prices on somethings are a bit high. I purchased most of the furniture for my new house at this location and Pat was a great help. I did find other things (book cases and dining room set) for a better price at other retailer. All in all it was a good experience and if needed I will shop here again.
That is if we ever get our furniture. We donated our other furniture so we have had an empty room.
Overall, I've had a poor experience with this company. I've never delt with a big box store that was so unprofessional that they just kept switching the blame due to such had poor internal communication that they just left us with a sub par product. Disclaimer: I felt the sales staff were great. No issues there as they're just doing their job people. The delivery people gave us a window and told us they would call before then showed up 30 minutes before the window without calling and were pissed we weren't there. Then they expressed dissatisfaction that our furniture was not preassembled and they had to take care of this matter. They couldn't assemble our furniture so that it functioned and after 3+ hours told us it would "loosen up." Well it didn't "loosen up." First service appointment was cancelled the morning of. Second service appointment came and blamed it on the delivery men and said it was a "two person job." Third appointment two service men came and said such furniture was faulty from manufacturer. By this time the company agreed to do a full replacement. Fourth appointment, delivery men came without calling as previously promised and started repairing such furniture. They then blamed the "lazy technicians" for it not working properly. Called the store and was told they have no right to do this. Delivery men then refused to give us the new unit they had in truck and left us with scratched and dented unit. Store manager then had a different story and offered us a discount to accept and take such unit with another technician to repair and make look new again. Quality of furniture for price damages easily. Overall, felt lied to on multiple occasions by this "brand" and will not recommend to my family or friends and will not purchase from the company in the future.
Terrible customer service and would never go Thera gain. Other stores have delivered on time and even made special trips. Strongly suggest you shop at other stores. I will not buy from them again
I had to go back into Kane's the day after my deliver for what we suspected was going to be a small issue. After being able to speak with the manager, Bud, everything went smoothly. The issue was indeed minor and the technician who was friendly and helpful was able to come out and handle it within the hour. It is always a pleasure doing business with people with great customer service.
