For the second time in a week, had a bad experience with Sylvia on the Auto section. The first time, she totally ignored me after making eye to eye contact. Had to talk to the manaher.
In the garden section I fine gentleman named JJ gave me a speedy check out even helped me use some coupons! BUT SOME GUY TOUCHED MY REAR IN AUTOMOTIVE. Overall a great experience!
I love it. It is always usually stocked. The self checkouts are more updated then the one I used to live by I'm so happy because the self checkout is up to date and doesn't act up.
Prices are good, but you will spend too much time in the checkout line. I've been doing the grocery pick up, which is great when you don't have to wait forever to pick up your items.
Do not go on Sunday’s. It’s forever crowded after 9 am. The McDonald’s in store is nice. The problem lies with the employees who check receipts at the door. In my opinion, they profile certain people and I don’t think that’s appropriate for a company as large as Walmart. There should be a better system in place because leaving it up to the employees is a dangerous gamble. One wrong action and Walmart could have another Tracy Morgan case.
Today, I began to ask her a question and she pointed at the sign for oil change prices. I tried to ask her a question and she refused to take care of me. Anyway, my question was answered by manager. On leaving, I tried to explain that the sign doesn't have all the information. She was very rude. People like Sylvia shouldn't be working with the public.
