They CLAIM they are unale to warn you of impending shut off due to the amount of customers. But, I was told by their service tech that they purposely do not warn customers so they can collect the additional $70 reconnect fee from all the customers. Be warned! They DO NOT work with customers at all. Find a different city to live in. This one sucks!
