Worst car wash in Orlando. Took my Porsche booster convertible to be detailed. They ran it through the carwash and blew out the back window. The owners said they would fix it. Found out the top had to be replaced. They offered NOTHING. Said it was MY fault.
Quoted 50 over the phone for shampooing, then THE MANAGER tried to upcharge me 150 for the same service and only budged because I don't have that to spend on a MINOR interior cleaning. when I got there then didn't even start working on my car for another hour I've been here for 2 hours at this point, watching this manager running to the bathroom every 20 minutes or so like a cokehead
I am so upset with myself for trusting Waterways after the first time they scratched my passenger door window. In all honestly, I like the job they do cleaning the car which is why I went back to them. NEVER AGAIN! They scratched the exact same door merely inches from the first scratch. Refused to take any responsibility at all. Wouldn't ask his employees if one of them accidentally scratched it because they're 'trained' to speak up if they make a mistake. Apparently they only use a cloth to wipe the windows. So that means they couldn't have hit the window with a vacuum or anything else while cleaning the inside of the car? Disgusting way to do business. Protect your vehicle people, don't make the same mistake I did. Just don't go to Waterways.
The customer service here sucks! I went to get my car cleaned and the people who cleaned it were nice but the management is horrible. I was in line to pay the cashier took someone before me after seeing I was there. On top of that I discussed where I saw dirt in my car and started to clean it myself. Management walked over and snatched the towel from me after they failed to clean it well. Then proceeded to give me an attitude as I stated I will be reviewing this service after being treated as such. It was my first and last time there. I will never spend my hard earned money there again!!!!!!
