My first time to open an account because I got a bad experience with another bank who know nothing but to lose customers. Who would have thought the top 2 bank in America will accept me. I mean I never expected to get a great treatment from one of the finest banks. And my banker was helpful and beautiful and friendly. I understood my account well because of her. I love banking here.
Long and slow moving line. Plan to stay for a while if stopping. Even if it's for something simple. Only two tellers and one kept asking the other one for help. I think the customer was having something unusual done. Also doesn't help that it seems all the Bank Of America's are closing their drive throughs. After being in line for 25 minutes they finally brought out a 3rd teller.
your average BOA branch. they get the job done
Worst banking center . Literally will sit in here for two hours waiting while they assist other customers who just walked into the line . I did not put anonymous so they can know exactly who is posting this !!!! I am so fed up with this center it needs to shut down . The manger here is so in helpful !
